Carolina, originally from Buenos Aires, began her visual career in filmmaking. After obtaining a BA in Film Direction, she seamlessly integrated photography into her practice. Feeling an intuitive need to expand her visual work with tangible materials, she turned to clay. Crafting one-of-a-kind organic pieces, she blends art and functionality, drawing inspiration from art history and nature. Based in Los Angeles, Carolina works from her studio, hand building ceramic pieces while continuing her work as a photographer.
